Willst du Professorin werden? fragen mich immer mal wieder Kollegen und Studierende. Ja, wenn es passt, gern. Es muss sich eher nebenher entwickeln. Alles andere ist bei Berufungsverfahren von ein bis zwei Jahren Dauer nicht sinnvoll. Warum dauern Berufungsverfahren an deutschen Hochschulen so lange?
